"Starvation" is a short lenght material with Prurient. "The Bones Of A Saint" tracks contains a more bass centric, and patient sound of Prurient. Not the harsh, and 'right now' thing that I really like, and it's not that loud in it's overall sound, so It's not that fine for me. "A Very Small Person" is somewhere similar, with more frequencies in another layers, but falls to the same category as the first track. Altough this is not a main release, a really think that some of the Prurient's short material - like this - a bit filler in Dominick's discography. I really know that there is a point why it's sound this, and how should I listen this, but it's really not the sound what I like about Prurient. Want more heavy sounding? "The History Of Aids". Want similar to this, but with better aesthetics, and quality? "Rose Pillar". Want a totally different from this, really harsh, white noise spectrum-like blast? "Shipwrecker's Diary". So, "Starvation" is qute a mediocre release from Prurient in me eyes - or for my ears.
