Both the Tyson 12" are reissues from the nineties. I am guessing Peter Brown didn't own an OG copy of the 12" to copy so used the 7" to fashion a new label.
If you look at the label you can see it is a modern pressing

Be careful before paying high prices for this record, as exact represses exist.Almost identical except for some very slight pixelation on the "Tyson Records" logo.Whether these are official or not is unknown, but you can be sure these are not original copies.. unless photoshop existed in 1977.Of course the track itself is a classic, one of the best productions of Patrick Adams.

I am pretty sure both Tyson 12" were issued in the nineties. There was a Tyson 7" issued in the seventies but if you want an original 12" you'd better try to find the Heavenly Star 12"
