On the promo label is written: A Product of Am-Par Record Corp. On all other early releases, the text is: A Product of ABC-Paramount Records, Inc.

Song-writing credentials for B4, which was written by Victoria Spivey & Reuben Floyd, are missing, both on the label and cover. All 1965 releases carry this mistake. By the time of the 1967 reissue of Live At The Regal it was corrected.

The cover makes no mention of the six-piece band backing B.B. King at The Regal; Bobby Forte (tenor sax), Duke Jethro (organ, piano), Kenny Sands (trumpet), Johnny Board (tenor sax), Leo Lauchie (bass), and Sonny Freeman (drums).
