This promo disc has "Radio Promotion Only - Not For Sale" on the disc label with cat no. LTLDJ 12.

It is presented in a slim jewel-case/j-card case. The insert in the case is not a j-card shape but just a square shaped insert with the cover artwork front and is blank on the reverse. It seems to be the same front square insert as used in the official release LTLDD12/863 841-2 which was presented in a standard jewel case.

A sticker on the front of the case reads "Featuring Bryan Adams on Backing Vocals" but as there is no credit to this effect, it is not clear for which track(s) this was supposed to be nor can this be confirmed. Some copies have a release date notice indicating the official release was scheduled for 26 October 1992.
