Promotional flexi-disc sampler glued to one edge of the card backing of a black and white art painting identical to the full color artwork of the Grim Reaper - 'See You In Hell' debut album.

Vocalist Steve Grimmett has a 1 minute announcement introducing the band and their new album as their song 'The Show Must Go On' plays in the background which then fades into 3 long excerpts of 'See You In Hell' followed by 'Dead On Arrival' and finally 'All Hell Let Loose'.
