The track was called 'No Idea' because on the night they made it, Neil had forgotten the power pack for the sampler, so they had no idea what they were going to do.

Nice to see this still getting attention, 25 years after release."No Idea" creates an incredible hallucinatory experience, all through very inspired & intricate production. This track really reminds me of FSOL, that sublime mixture of technology & organic.Psychotronic is a more Industrial kinda track, with hammering metallic percussion & menacing arpeggiated synth stabs alongside vocal snippets. Strange to hear what sounds like a Northern Irish accent on the "psychotronic sounds" part!Over 92 was covered well by hyperreal in the reviews below.
Jwalextell
an absolute underground gem for those who know, urban, british psychedelic music.

Inth
I did think that myself, its been that long I can't remember.
Golkis
My copy also hasn't got the original cover, I'm now wondering if some of the copies didn't come with the original outer sleeve.

Some one sell me a NM copy with the picture sleeve, dammit. I almost had it but someone bought it before me because i didn't have the cash at the moment. Quite unfortunate since this EP is absolutely fantastic! "No Idea" still blows my mind even today.

"because you are good children the monsters have looked forward to your make believe visit" . from the get go its amazing ! still blows my mind how 'out there' this track was and still is . tripped out bleepy electonica with disorientating film soundtrack samples . stunning . love that bassline too . got sent a white and from play 1 i was hooked . 22 years later it is still a class track . love it ... and whats with the seagulls anyway hahaha ... "oh its all so confusing"this is where sample came from [along with poltergeist one] . http://youtu.be/11MJe4UYCW0?list=PL57B93AFC98C7C40E . ooog !

The "Over 92" quote is from the film "It Came From Outer Space"

'The doors are where the windows should be, and the windows are where the doors should be.' Crazy lyrics on No Idea, and the bass is a gut buster. 'Earth Leakage Trip' comes from the plate on your (UK) mains fuse box, go check ;)

'No idea' certainly is an epic, but all 3 tracks are quite special. Personally 'Over 92' does it for me as it got me started on bleepy techno way back then and it includes quotes from the movie Aliens: Frost: Hot as hell in here. Hudson: Yeah man, but it's a dry heat! Just in case anyone remotely cares, I think the title and opening quote is from beginning of that Siouxsie and the Banshees song called 92 Degrees, where there's dialogue from a Ray Bradbury called "Touched With Fire": 'Did you know that more murders are committed at 92 degrees Fahrenheit than any other temperature? I read an article once. At lower temperatures, people are easy-going, over 92, it's too hot to move, but just 92, people get irritable!'
Kitaxe
Ray Bradbury called "Touched With Fire": - hi there, I certainly care! Is this a film? Cos I can't find any trace of it. Please help!

Sublime techno, use of appregation and delayed bleeps through out the three tracks. ‘No idea’ is a superbly haunting epic with poltergeist sample of the little girl in the tv, over sea gull and throbbing bass. Other tracks equally as good. If you like early bleep based Sheffield sounding techno this is a classic.
