This "mixtape" was not at all what I expected, happily! I am not sure, but it sounds to me as if Tenniscoats played along to a lot of their favorite hip hop songs then removed the original entirely, or sometimes leaving a few samples. Also some of the songs are mash-up versions of some of their original songs being played and sung on top of these hip hop covers. Slightly murky but very lucid and dreamy, dub-influenced recordings. I love it and will never, ever sell it because it is so special and unique!
