Did Jah Screechy get any royalties? Check this programme out for a look into the record shop owner Blacker Dread..Good viewing. https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b09w3wjg/being-blacker

I have this RP on a hand stamped white label 12''. I'm unsure how to add/edit this to the releases.

I remember first hearing this on one of John Peel's late night radio programs and had to buy it the very next day by hitchhiking to Manchester (my local shop didn't' have a clue) so I could afford it.almost ten years later and on John's show again I heard SL2's sample of it and was disgusted they'd just ripped it off - with the sure assumption that Jah Screechy didn't get any of the royalties - I hope I was wrong. It's a further 15 years now, and I can appreciate both versions. I guess whatever version you heard first will always be the most loved though.
