The only tracks on this album that feature Rod Stewart would be "Little Miss Understood" and "Baby Come Home" which were on his sole Immediate Records single, everything else appears to be Small Faces recordings (if I were to make an educated guess, "Sparky Rides" is actually "Donkey Rides, A Penny, A Glass") pulled from their Autumn Stone collection, also on Immediate. As Immediate was long dissolved by this time, these were probably pretty safe pickings, although this is still an unofficial release.
Reemiel
Rod Stewart's lone single on the Immediate label thrown on to a cd with seven Small Faces tracks. Most of the track listings are not quite on the mark. For example, "A Colle Bosker", "Red Ballroom" and "Autumn Storm" are most likely the Small Faces tracks "Collibosher", "Red Balloon" and "Autumn Stone". I am assuming "Sparky Rides" is "Donkey Rides, A Penny, A Glass".

SMALL FACES DEMOS/OUTTAKES COMPILATION! The first two tracks feature Rod Swewart recording for the Immediate Label. The second with PP Arnold - in fine voice. Then it's all Small Faces: Collibosher (different mix, more horn and guitar solo), The Hungry Intruder (instrumental), Tin Soldier (alt version, instrumental), Donkey Rides A Penny A Glass (different bass line, and longer outro), Wham Bam Thank You Mam, Red Balloon (longer outro), The Autumn Stone (different mix. more flute improv, and two different vocal takes are left in the mix from about halfway through).

Strange record.Only A1 & A2, a duet with an uncredited female [P.P. Arnold], are Rod Stewart. The B side is ALL Steve Marriot though, with some background vocals probably by Ronnie Lane.A3,A4,A5 are all instrumentals, with A5 being the Small Faces 'Tin Soldier' [exact instrumental]. Not knowing The Small Faces catalog to a tee, I am presuming at least the last seven (A3-B4) tracks are Small Faces tracks, with only the titles changed.Song B2 IS 100% the Small Face's "Wham Bam Thank You Mam",or a near exact outtake.100% Marriot.Sorry Mr. Stewart,we know you weren't responsible for this embarrassing fraud .This is just a collection of outtakes released to capatilize on Rod the Mod, and an insult by Springboard or whoever was responsible for this release, blatantly failing to credit the great Steve Marriot or the Small Faces.
