Weak production, arrangement and vocals. This record is not sure what it wants to be - a disco-oriented boogie track in-line with similar small-label material from the early-1980s or an early urban track with a rap edge to it trying to crossover into the club sound. Either way, there is significantly better material from this period. This 12" may be rare, but availability does not equal musical quality.

I am a very "real collector" who does not buy anything just for the sake of collecting. This quality of this record does not meet my standards, so I do not have to own it. Unlike you, I do not just dig for weird sh..t like this. As a top-level clubber from the 1970s-1980s, very few people can match the diversity of my club and NY City street scene experience. If you like it enough to have it in your collection, then go ahead and buy as many copies as you can get your hands on! I will focus on higher-level disco/soul/funk/jazz funk/boogie/electro classic material :-)

Might agree with week production, but man, when you see an obscurity like this, and even as odd as it might sound, if you are a real collector, you gotta own that sh..t !"We" vinyl collectors, djs & diggers search for weird sh..t like this, and I'm sure I'm not just speaking for myself.Peace, and keep diggin'

I like this one. It´s a pretty solid Crossover Modern Soul production. I only own the 7" and bought it for 1€ so I am fine with it.

Crossover into club sound? Probably more like: Crossover back into the 70s? ;) This thing (though in better production quality) could have made a 1974 Isaac Hayes flip side. In short, you really have to tell people that this is from the 1980s. Otherwise, they might not assume it is.
