Notes

The original album version of Messages was due to be used. However, McCluskey objected to this version and wanted to re-record the song. Most copies of the original 10" pressing with the album version were scrapped, but a handful did escape destruction. Some of these were given away as part of a competition for the OMD fan club in 1980.

The original Grey two tone labels incorrectly state the producer as Chester Valentino.

The Green label release (this release) credits Side A production to Mike Howlett and Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark but credits Side B production to Chester Valentino and Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark.

Pink/white and Red label labels also exist.
