The HUM version of "Fire When Ready" is on a whole different level from what Jumpin and Pumpin put out. A lot rawer, and darker with some choice samples that work really well with the mix. I have only heard this version on Grooverider's Kaos 14 mix, and for years thought it was an unreleased dub plate. Great tunes that fully capsulize the underground sound!

I feel this release warrants a review for 2 reasons its very obscure and the second i have only heard it in one set despite listening to hundreds of mixes. To me this represents hardcore in all its form never heard nothing like this the vocals sit perfectly along with the drums and rhythm which propulse it to never ending heights it incorporates many styles but essentially its hardcore to the bone,ITS WAY AHEAD OF ITS TIME EVEN NOW,stands up as one of the best productions of hardcore ever there our so many influences on this track which has no doubt helped it to stay ahead of its time this was his best track although he released other material more popular than this i still think this stands up against anything else he was a associated with or any other hardcore when i first heard it i thought it was made in 1993 albeit i heard it in 1992 when DJ Jody dropped it but even so this track is timeless.A true Hardcore Monster.G-DOUBLE-E FIRE WHEN READY!!!i salute you a true rave innovator,on account of "Asylum-Seeker.
