Faell
This is a great album - less focus on technology and more on the song structure. It seems to me that the Eno collaboration has rubbed off. Nerve Net Underworld style.

I've been a big fan of Underworld since the Rez days and i have to say that despite some worries after all this time this album has exceeded all expectations. My first few listens left me with some tough choices for favourites. I've always appreciated the experimental side of the band, but in the end i still tend towards their big numbers (barring Born Slippy, sorry). I Exhale harks back to their hedonistic and care-free sound, Low Burn is a slow-burning dancefloor bomb, and Nylon Strung is a nice mellow indie number, but my favourite has grown to be Ova Nova by a pretty big margin now. I don't know how to classify it except to say that it's Underworld at their peak - potent and emotive electronica with a very mellow vibe. This album gives me a lot of hope for the future of a still truly great band.

Classic Underworld stuff, but I'm not ecstatic... Expected something a bit more inspired, newer. :(
