Just spun the whole thing and very impressed with the quality. No noise at all, great fidelity throughout the range, plays loud. My first Stereolab "album" in 1995 and still one of my favorites.

Unsure of the truth behind this but these clear vinyl pressings are limited to 500 according to Action Records where I bought it.

Seems unlikely to me, Amoeba in Hollywood had at least 20 copies.
