It could be bought by exchanging the coupon which was included in the De Morgen edition of 20 September 2008. The release is identical to the 1992 'The I.R.S. Years Vintage 1983' edition but packaged in a slipcase.Recorded January 1983 at Reflection in Charlotte, NC.
