In the quest for sublime music I allways bounce off on reggae bands from Belgium. They’re very active in the dancehall scene and It sounds guud and Joyful. And it’s nice at parties, but when it comes to dept in music it’s allways a big ZERO. For this one I know I am Biased! There are friends of me on drums, guitar and horns and Doorchaser records took up digital distribution for this album. BUT, have you heard this album yet? It’s Roots as it’s meant to be and It’ has got that fighting spirit in it. Mostly the reward of frontman Rootman J. It kind of throws me Back to Bob Marleys “Uprising” Or Black Uhurus “Black Sounds Of freedom”. That’s what I look for In Reggae. That will to fight the wrong!!! I can strongly suggest this album. It reminds me I need to check out Irie Lion.
