Great Devo film, which was filmed in 1978-79, and shelved by Time-Life for various legal reasons. Nice quality live Devo footage, some of the earliest "professionally filmed" Devo live footage available. The scripted scenes involving Rod Rooter, and Daddy Know-It-All are a blast, and Rod would make a reappearance (w/his daughter Donut) in the "We're All Devo" VHS on Rhino (or Virgin, in the UK). Sadly not on DVD, which is a shame, because it remains one of the few Devo released products not available widely (ditto the OOP "E-Z Listening Disc", "Hardcore Devo Vol. I & II", and "Live: The Mongoloid Years").
