-Tracks 1-8 Recorded @ Cloud City in the twilight of 1998. Pre-mastered @ The Tempermill in the dawn of 1999.

Tracks 1-6 originally released as the "As Good As Dead" 7" on Element Records.

Track 7 ("Second Hand Murder") is a cover song, and was originally performed by Chokehold. It was released on the "All Systems Go!" CD/LP compilation that was released as a split between Open Handed Records & Underestimated Records.

Track 8 ("Committed For Life") is a cover song, and was originally performed by 7 Seconds. It was released on the "Fight The World, Not Each Other - A Tribute To 7 Seconds" CD on Reflection Records.

-Tracks 9-22 Recorded @ Cloud City under the approach of the summer of 1999.

Tracks 9-19 were released as a split 12"/cs with Varsity on +/- Records.

Track 21 ("Depression") is a cover song, and was originally performed by Black Flag. It was released on the Ganet Records sampler, "Hardcore Knockout II".

Tracks 20 & 22 were recorded for compilations which had not come out at the time of this release.

This CD as released by Bloodpact to help support themselves on tour.
