WAIT! You claim this open/closes w/PV, but that seems to be only in the MOVIE (via youtube confirmation), not what is on the audio disc. So if your argument proves correct, then there is NO PV-FF music on the audio disc at all!MORE: 5 (Last Village) seems to be a PV theme. 6 & 8 could be FF, too. UPDATE: Nope, I'd say you are wrong in your assertions. Track 4 & 8 are Shepherd's Dream off of Shepherd's Dream (ethnic singing and all). Others, as you cited, have the Cobra Verde vibe BUT ALSO echo classic PV themes AND the above mentioned Shepherd's Dream. 1 & 3? I'll give it to Florian. Doesn't sound like Paul Horn to me. Bottom Line: I think you are wrong.

I have a problem with my LP.Regularly, i hear the parasitic noises in the sound and this on several pieces.

This is a beautiful record however, my side A track 3 came marked and clicks annoyingly. Anyone else had any problems with the pressing or is this just mine?

Wow! Now this is some incredible music. Sides C & D are just brilliant. Desolate soundscapes, romantically sparse and invitingly rich...I listened to the whole album twice in a row upon opening. More than worth the price for this box set, this is some awesome work by Florian Fricke. The solo piano pieces are classic Fricke, they never seem to go anywhere particular...and as the listener, I found that to be just fine. The unreleased soundtrack for Kailash, however, was just perfect. It felt distorted and lost, hopeful and calming. I could not get enough of it.
