I agree. I'm sure both sides of this track were played by Easygroove and/or Lisa at Fantazia's NYE event. It's tracklisted here: https://www.discogs.com/Easy-Groove-Lisa-New-Years-Eve/master/273614As far as I'm concerned, if it was available, even as a promo and played in Raves and on Radio in 1991, that makes it a 1991 tune and I'd happily spin it in a '91 set. 1992 must be the year when it was on general release.
