After a lifetime of listening to soul/funk/jazz, i hold this at the highest point regarding new and innovating soul sound from the seventies (this decade was infested with quality soul music). This album (the first press) is one of the all time miss regarding promotion!Friends & Buddies are one album that i hold next to MARVIN GAYE and his landmark album "What's Going On"!
