Not much else sounds like this, ahead of it's time in many ways but also completely out of time bringing in past, present and future influences. Not a perfect listen but one that holds many rewards for those who enjoy a dig.

'take me home' is one of the funkeist tracks ever! the rest is also so good composed! yes!

Great moments on this album. Darn Cold Way Of Lovin, Won't Be Long, Take me Home & Pay It Away are the headers. Through these tracks we're treated to some screwed up funky electronic shit. Sort-of like Prince shot with 20000 volts, bashed over the head then put through a mincer.Other tunes on the album are less immediate, although I recommend you persevere, Alchemical confession has some quite soulful chords in it... but only for an instance. You Loosen Me Human comes across as a ballad written by a computer trying to convince the listener it feels human emotion.
