Just found this amongst some reggae, my copy has a No Smoking Label one side and white label on the other, the Mikey Spice tunes are wicked, smokin hornz is a perfect example of where the jungle sound was going in 96, proper funky jungle (don't remember hearing this in 95 to be fair), got cained by Darren Jay, Mickey Finn and Frost back in the day.

I've heard a mix on a mickey finn tazzmania tape that doesn't have the weird hornz in the chorus if you like, anyone know if that was just a dub for finn?

Don't really rate Smoking Hornz...Bizarrely the flip of my copy is the B side of a reggae tune by Mikey Spice found here: http://www.discogs.com/Mikey-Spice-So-Much-Things-To-Say/release/4692865 ...pressing plant mix up I guess... prefer the reggae tune over the drum and bass!Edit: Just realised the misspress is listed here: http://www.discogs.com/Smokey-Joe-Smokin-Hornz/release/3869434

What no review madness. This is a cracking 12" realy good fun to mix with or scratch & drop get it you wont regret it. Thats strange sounds like the vocal sambal has been vecoded or something its normal on my 12" maybe who ever put it up had a afx over the vocal sounds better left alone.
