Apparently Scott found a similar trajectory to the one taken by Wanda Jackson, starting off playing rockin' secular music and then, at some point, "finding God" - a life change that flavored all subsequent releases. This record is good to have for completists, but for those looking for good, raw and somewhat primitve rockabilly thump, you're better off with her earlier releases...
