The front cover is stickered to show details of this the 'Narrative' edition made for radio promo where Billy introduces each track with the spoken introduction segued into the music. Despite credits on the label and sleeve rear, the final track on the commercial release 'In My Room' is omitted and this is reflected on the sticker. The catalogue numbers on the sleeve and label are those of the commercial release. The matrix indicates this as a promo.
