Digicality is the cut on here for me, super funky electro, only found on this album. Killer track.

Though I'd already bought a copy, I attended one of their events at Bradford University around the time of the album's release - they were throwing copies out into the audience, and I managed to get one! So I ended up with two copies for a while :)As Hedgie mentioned below, there's plenty of variety - pretty representative of the kind of tunes which were being played on the pirate stations around Bradford & Leeds at the time. I wish I still had the tapes I made of those stations back then :(Loved this album back then, still do now. Need to find myself a better copy though, because mine is ****ed lol :-(

The tune on here is Pattern 12. Regularly dropped by Grooverider mid to late '90 at the Eclipse. One of the biggest basslines out there.

Everyone who rates albums like "Screamadelica" will disagree, but this is in my opinion the best 'proper' dance album of the early "rave" era. Few things made the grimness of life in late 80s Bradford bearable, but Unique 3 were definitely one of them. Many of my early memories of the rave scene include this crew, from club nights in dodgy parts of town , to their early legal raves at Bradford University, etc. There's plenty of variety on here, not just repetitive four-to-the-floor beats: dancehall, house, hip-hop, hip-house, and bleepy Yorkshire techno in an early Transmat/Warp style. Still love it even after all these years.
