Discogs seem to have started blocking virtually all "unofficial releases" recently. I'm not sure what has sparked this off, but it still seems quite random - they often block releases by bands who never really sold many records, i.e., the kind of bands who would have the least to lose from the sale of unofficial pressings, and may not even care or know about the releases anyway. Lots of hardcore punk has been blocked, yet some extremely popular hard rock/metal bands still have their "unofficial" releases on sale. "Buy while you can" seems to be the name of the game on here, when it comes to the "unofficial releases". The blocked items will probably all end up on Ebay instead ;)

Agreed - I used to own an original copy, and I've just picked this one up as a replacement, and I'm very happy with it. I'm never selling this one!

1900 made according to band interviews from 1982." A magnificent first LP, by this terminal thrash group from Boston. 19 tracks of pure rage delivered with incredible ferocity, and speed. However, I think it's been deleted now, which is bloody terrible since it's ony been out a couple of months. So if you see a copy get it cos you probably won't see it again. The persistent rumor about this pressing (where the record labels are deliberately misspelled) is that it originated from John "Porcell" Porcelly of Youth Of Today. This was around the time that Porcell and Ray Cappo helped make collecting hardcore super fashionable in the straight-edge scene, something that continues today. I've also heard that 1000 of these were made.
