Notes

Stiff singles box 1 (black box), SECOND ISSUE.
Limited edition box set of the first ten singles on Stiff Records in original sleeves. (BUY 1 - 10). It is not known how many of these were made, but it is thought to be less than the 5000 first issue boxes. As was the case with the first issue boxes, some were broken up by Stiff and the records sent out individually by mail order.
Differences between first issue and this (second issue) set:
Issue 2 is numbered, whereas issue 1 was not.
Issue 2 does not include an info sheet. Issue 1 does (sheet lists the records with a description of each).
Issue 2 has 'Made in England' on the back of the box and on the record labels. Issue 1 does not have this information.
Issue 2 has curved cut-outs on the sleeves, whereas issue 1 has the straight cut-outs.
The Richard Hell record (BUY 7) is numbered 0001 in all second issue sets, but is stamped with an actually number (above 5000) in issue 1 sets.
The sleeves in issue 2 are thicker (the records fill up the box), whereas issue 1 has noticeably thinner sleeves, making the box look 'not quite full'.
