this was a withdrawn 45 and the b side instant party as all know is circles w/ a unique mix to this 45 only, i have this 45 but i have so many who 45s im 99% sure this did not come with a picture sleeve like most uk & brunswick who 45s did back in the 60s, they came in generic sleeves like us decca sleeves or australian festival sleeves.............

I have the reaction labelled Substitute, with Waltz for a Pig on the reverse MADE IN ENGLAND Fabulous Music 591001 1966 version but I haven't got a sleeve for it. Where can I get one from?

There is what appears to be a previously undocumented one sided white label Reaction promo. I will be adding this to Discogs. It is supposedly a different mix but I am not expert enough to tell the difference.
