This do not seems to be a promo copy at all. It has shrink, barcode and no mention of any promotional release. This is an official release that has been pulled. Rumors say that Arista did not want Witney to be considered as a cover artist, other say Arista wanted a guaranteed crossover hit... I guess we'll never know.

'Just The Lonely Talking Again' was promo'd by Arista US after 'Where Do Broken Hearts Go' but never released as a single anywhere in the world. The promo comes in two formats, CD & 12". The 12" includes 'If You Say My Eyes Are Beautiful', the duet with Jermaine Jackson, which doesn't appear on the CD promo. The track listing or 12" also organises the 3 mixes of 'Just The Lonely Talking Again' in a different order to the CD promo.
