Both the Ethereal 77 tracks on this compilation are essential Schnauss. With the typical Schnauss signature sound on the drum & bass tip, "Oblivion" & "Dark Skiez" wouldn't sound at all out of place on any goodlooking records compilation.

Celen

Surprisingly good find. The Jerome tracks are some of his better works. They are strongly in the DnB / Big Beat genre. Track 1 smacks of Crystal Method. T2 sounds like it could be on Dream Mixes 3. T4 is a standout, old skool jungle flavor and samples with a smooth atmosphere throughout much of it. Jerome keeps his guitar in the cabinet for this album: strictly electronic.Even better are the insanely wonderful Schnauss tracks. I must say I like Schnauss DnB even more than I do his eponymous outings! Track 7 is just sublime, melting and oozing through your auditory system. It harkens back to the later, upbeat Global Communication singles. You can still tell it's Schnauss with the high tinkles and sparkles, and general ethereal (apropos word!) atmospherics. Since these 2 tracks don't appear to be available elsewhere (on CD at least), this CD is a must-own.
