on my copy of this album the listing is the same on the record and sleeve as posted on this site but the songs "what is and what never should be" and "heartbreaker" are switched on the actual vinyl,is that a mistake or were they all like that? and if so are they more or less valuable?

I think they're all like that. I just bought a copy of this version and those songs are also switched so I think all the copies have the same mistake.
