This is the best new deathmetal out of Brazil or anywhere, it simply excells.The writing and playing is superb and, YES, WE DO HAIL FUTURISTIK DEATHMETAL, while the majority tries to name-drop BM. Beto is two drummers; he champions the triggery drum faktion with rides played simultaneous to press-roll-y gravity-blasts whose consistency-of-amplitude could only exist via triggering, using this specifik instrumentations (akoustic drums triggering directly-rekorded samples of themselvs) to its utmost. He alone WOULD be sufficient to make this brilliant album consummately BIOMECH in its tendonitis-techinikality but......the cosmology ov INFESTED BLOOD and the guitar leads...this shit is better than anything THE WIRE magazine even lied about knowing.
