It's in something of a middle space. PMG does pay their artists, but they do not pay /well/ - often in their agreements they say that the CD sales are for promos only, and they have claimed to reissue from people who are dead. I'd advise you pirate it if possible - wonderful music, but PMG doesn't really deserve your money.
