Released to coincide with the reissue of the Purple Rain album, along with reissues of three other 12" Maxi Single's from the album, namely Prince And The Revolution - When Doves Cry, Prince And The Revolution - Let's Go Crazy and Prince And The Revolution - I Would Die 4 U on June 23rd, 2017. Manufactured in the E.U.Copies were pressed in 2016 with a view to release that year, but were held back for release in June 2017 to coincide with the reissue of the album, Purple Rain. However, some copies were "leaked" in 2016 and obtained at various retailers in late 2016.
