Cherry The Countess
A SYNTH BAND not unlike MAGNETIC FIELDS in style and vocal delivery (laid back; unaffecting). "Wasted Summer" is dopey synth pop in all it's glory where "At The Fairground, At The Lodge" has some eerie slick trappings. If you like drum programming as the basis of the rhythm base you'll be ok with this. Truth is I don't get my MAGNETIC FIELDS out much anymore and these four songs don't make me want to either.
