This CD release comes in a Karmapack® package. That is in fact a miniature gatefold LP sleeve design, as you can see on the images.
Although no specific release date is given on the album, it is almost certain 2001. Amongst others the liner notes (English) on the inside of the Karmapack® refer to the history of the Oregon band as late as the year 2000.
