Edition in white gatefold sleeve with blue letters. The labels are blue on white.Date on label: 1/8/81
Identical to the blue on white 1981 gatefold release here, except that Side 3 and Side 4 have Gedmal Galvanics "GG" matrix runoff stamps. These two sides are identical to those of the Side 3 and 4 record in the blue on white 1981 hessian hardback release here, indicating this release possibly reused leftover vinyl from the hessian hardback release before using newly stamped vinyl. Side 2 also has a heavily crossed out "P2" (replaced with P1) which appears to be unique to this release.
Sides C and D recorded live at Birmingham University on 1980-05-02. "Sister Ray" recorded live at the Moonlight Club, London on 1980-04-03.
Track C6 unlisted.

Grey cassette shells with white paper labels in two separate black/clear cases each with 2 panel inlays with perforated folds. On the reverse of each of the inlays only one panel is printed and rest is blank. The only difference between the inlays is the "Part One" and "Part Two" respectively on the spines. Both cassettes are housed in a card 'longbox'.Side C and D are recorded live at Birmingham University 2/5/80. "Sister Ray" recorded at The Moonlight Club, London 3/4/80.
