This is the Charlo Barrett who was still making dancehall tunes after Carly's sad death in 1987 (see http://www.discogs.com/artist/3324962-Charlo-Barrett). In fact Augustus Pablo said as much in an interview with Echoes in 1987, scoffing at the idea this was the drumming genius.
