Deeroman
An alias for Phil Asher, one of the UK's unsung heroes of house, Woolph fuses elements that swing from Jap-jazz - on the fluttering flute attack "Jangmeen" - through to tech-house on the ethereal and haunting "UME2ME". Having already built a fairly credible following after a slew of underground releases and the acclaimed "Jazz In The House" series for Slip N Slide, Asher's pact with the ever-adventurous Derrick Carter Classic stable is a marriage to hopefully excite more then just West London's Ladbroke Grove fraternity.
