Happy Hardcore, or Rave, the way it sounds today (Brisk, Breeze, Sy, Insight) -- in other words, trance with 185 BPM -- appears to be the right category to put these tracks into. It must be said though that Do You Feel the Same (although B side) is a lot richer in both buildups, vocals, and melody than Over & Over, which truly stands up to its name (just like about any other typical trance song) -- and that's the magic of it, to a certain extent. As the previous reviewer noted, Over & Over does sound a bit like oldish eurodance -- yet those DJ's who prefer to spin the tracks from a wide range of genres, ages, and different moods (rather than limit themselves to tracks of a strict certain style released no more than a couple of months before) would find nothing against this oldish sound.

I wouldn't categorize this as happy hardcore at all, and definitely not hardcore. It's euro - very bad euro - with a large twist of poptrance. Although I usually like cheesy stuff, this one left me in a tank of liquid nitrogen. Think of it as the musical version of straight-to-cable and you're right on the spot. Over & Over could just as well have been released by Pharao back in '94 - or by an already forgotten artist who made the top40 dance chart this past summer. Then we have Do You Feel The Same which is a very good definition of the kind of utter awfulness that is poptrance - the kind that has been circulating the charts these past years. I really, really, really hope the only reason for this release is that even Mr. Styles has to pay the bills...
