Magis
A cleverly crafted and unique album, slight comedy and good songs very well combined. Entertaining.
Vetalol
An excellent piece of ingenuity by Canadian members (not those type of members). The use of answering machine tapes is original, fun, and entertaining. Definitely a well done album indeed.
Hunaya
An exceptional pastiche of answering machine messages and catchy melodies, Canadian band TAS 1000's only album is what I consider to be one of the most innovative indie records of the early 2000's.Also, lil' bit of trivia for you folks: "(I've Been) Delayed" was used in a little MMORPG named Penguin Chat, the humble beginnings of what was to eventually become Club Penguin.
