This US release is identical to UK version (see Album Of The Year), except it has no download card (and hype stickers are different).

The record comes in a gatefold sleeve with liner notes and artwork printed on the inside. The inner sleeves are polythene lines plain black paper sleeves.

There are two stickers affixed to the shrink wrap. A parental advisory warning on the bottom right and a hype sticker at the top left that reads:
