Why is this called "Second Night in Tokyo?" This material is from the FIRST concert (7/11/66) on the "Live in Japan" set. I assume they must have played more concerts there that were not recorded?

I too was confused by this. But after doing some research, it turns out the band played a whopping 16 concerts total on that Japanese tour. This is, in fact, the second performance.
