Alister
These guys (Retschitzegger & Peter) put out so many great records in the mid to late 90s, under various monikers, Glory B is I guess what people consider their 'tech house' guise. Strong Detroit connection too, releases on Robert Hood's M-Plant imprint as the Memory Foundation, and Claude Young hammered their Skinless Brothers 'Escape from Venice' release on his DJ-Kicks outing. Title track was my favorite here, a steal at this price.
