Music aside, the naming of this EP always bothered me. Instead of naming it after the first track on side 1, I wish it could be named 'Restoration & Renovation', after the individual sides of the record. I won't edit the release as it may start a war...but if I ruled the world that is one of the things I would do...rename this damn record!!! :)

I don't know if it's because it's the best musically or because it's been the hardest to get ahold of for me, but this is my favorite of all the early 90's Rheji Burrell records. This record hits the perfect sweet spot between the rawness of Dyckman house and the smoothness of APT

Genius. Bit of a cliche to make the statement but this isn absolutely wonderfull observation and conceptialization of enviroment to music. I agree with the above statement, if you are looking for a dance floor destroyer I suggest you go for other 'Upfront' Nu Groove Tracks, but, if you are looking for something to sit back close your eyes and llow music to create an enviroment created from audio.........you MUST buy this E.P. This is something special,this is a slow BPM record,but that doesn't matter, with what u get. Deep house & minimal is the music you will find on this record. All the tracktitles are just right for the music, if u listen close to these songs u will know why.. Take the song,Boiler Repair, It really sounds like the boiler is broken... This is listen music, not made for dancing....
