Presented for the first time on the same album, these tracks comprise all of the singles Sam Cooke recorded until the end of 1962. Unlike his albums, which were meant for an adult audience, his singles were made to become chart hits. They are the most exciting part of Sam Cooke's discography. All three CDs have been remastered with the greatest care. The 72 page booklet contains reproductions of all the original labels and a track by track text in French and English.
